Reiki comes from Rei, meaning universal and Ki meaning life force energy. This vital life force nourishes all forms of life.

In a Reiki treatment, the client remains fully clothed and I place my hands on or above the client.  The life force energy is channelled, helping restore balance and improve the body's ability to heal itself.

Reiki is a simple but effective healing therapy working at physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

I'm teaching Reiki on a one-to-one basis for all 3 levels.

For each level, there will be an initial tutorial where you will receive your Reiki attunement and basic teaching. This will be followed by 3 or more (depending on the level) short tutorials to discuss experiences and practice tips and to give you a Reiju empowerment and the opportunity to practice.

Level 1 is aimed at self-healing, purifying own energy and learning to channel energy from your hands. Level 2 and Master level will introduce symbols as well as widening your practice as well as developing intuition.
