most life enhancing colour rays, practice individual and group healing, clear blockages to channelling energy and be open
for the inevitable personal transformation that will take place as a result of connecting with these Divine light frequencies.

of what it is you want in your life, you make it more likely for it to manifest.
The group energy allows us to access
deep healing as we bathe ourselves in the energies of colour, angels and beauty.

There is no need to have previous meditation
